Is TESTivity an "approved provider" in North Carolina?

    A state-approved pre-licensing education course is required in North Carolina before sitting for the state licensing exam. While North Carolina allows potential agents to prepare for their insurance license online, the North Carolina Department of Insurance has NOT approved the Virtual Learning Experience as a pre-licensing course. Until we are approved, this course is offered as a supplement to an approved course whereas it will NOT satisfy your full pre-licensing requirement.

North Carolina Insurance Regulations

If the wording on a health insurance policy conflicts with North Carolina state law which of the following is true?
